Nice apartment well located if you want to be close to the airport

Nice location in a cute neighborhood an apartment with all amenities
Positive: It was clean had parking and a washing machine and a good location. The unit had all amenities.
Negative: No room to put the bags with all the furniture. The furniture was a little dated and there was just luke warm water on 2 days for the shower in the morning … too many people were using ? Other times the water was hot.

Positive: Super schönes sauberes und gemütliches Apartment und guter Lage.
20-25 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt.
Negative: Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, aber wir haben den Vermieter auch nicht kontaktiert. Vielleicht hätte man das leicht reparieren können.
